David Adelman is the CEO of Campus Apartments, one of the nation’s leading college housing companies. In addition to his work with Campus Apartments, Adelman is the Co-founder of FS Investments, an alternative assets management firm, and founder of Darco Capital, a firm that focuses on investing in technology and startups. Adelman also serves as a Partner with the Philadelphia 76ers where he is pushing to relocate the team to Center City to a $1.3 billion arena.
