Thank you for your interest in trying out to be a SlamBall athlete.

To start the process you must accurately submit the required information using the form below. We require that you provide at least 1 video
with the following guidelines:

  • Each video must not exceed 5 minutes
  • Each video must show your athletic abilities and specific skill sets such as strength, athleticism, dunking, shooting, and speed.
  • Do not submit a video file – please provide the video as a link hosted with a third-party platform like YouTube, Vimeo, or Hudl.

By submitting a video, you agree that your video may be used and/or published in any media (e.g., Instagram and TV) for marketing purposes.
