Professional Career

James “Champ” Willis is a true SlamBall pioneer. As one of the first five players recruited to give the sport a try after its invention by Mason Gordon, Willis played a pivotal role in shaping SlamBall’s early years. He led the Rumble to a championship during the inaugural 2002 season. He also played gunner for the Riders in 2003 before returning to the Rumble for the 2007 and 2008 campaigns.
