Professional Career

Alonzo Scott Jr. started his athletic career at Appomattox Regional Governor’s School for the Arts and Technology, where he averaged 17.9 PPG and 6.5 RPG, while hitting 58% of field goals his senior year. That resume was good enough for all-conference and all-district honors. After his high school days, he became a professional dunker, winning multiple contests. Scott founded his own chimney sweeping company in Petersburg, Va., and used that experience as inspiration to create a series of three delightful children’s books known as The Super Zo Chimney Mission Stories.
