Professional Career

Tamyrik Fields, 26, has made his presence felt at every level of his basketball career. He was a standout at Augusta (Ga.) High School before playing four seasons at hometown Augusta University. During Fields’ 2017-18 senior campaign at Augusta U., he ranked second in the league in points (518), points per game (18.5 ppg), and field goals (226-for-420). He also became the 29th AU player to break 1,000 career points, finishing his four-year career with 1,214 points to rank 19th all-time for Jags. After taking his talents overseas, Tamyrik Fields almost averaged a double-double for Galitos-Barreiro in Portugal last season with 22.3 PPG, 8 RPG all while shooting 40% from beyond the arc.
