Cameron Horton
Professional Career
Cameron Horton, 25, averaged 12.0 PPG, 3.4 RPG and 2.1 APG over his three-year tenure at Life University. During his senior year, he scored a career-high 26 points against Bethel, nailing a very efficient 6 of 11 from beyond the arc along with 4 assists and 3 steals. He was a graduate assistant on Life’s coaching staff last season. As a senior at Jacksonville (Ala.) High School, Cameron Horton averaged 23.1 PPG, 5.2 RPG and 3.5 APG, earning all-state honors. He placed second in the high jump and third in the triple jump at the 2016 Alabama Class 4A state track meet. Horton took what he learned from college athletics and uses it today as a certified personal trainer with the goal of helping people reach their full potential.
