Professional Career

In nine total games at Louisiana Tech during the 2020-21 season, Bass, 23, averaged 3.7 points in 81 total minutes. His best stretch of basketball for the Bulldogs came on Dec. 15 when he netted 16 points and four rebounds in 21 minutes against Jackson State. Bass was a JUCO star at Long Beach City College, leading the team in scoring during the 2018-19 and 2019-2020 seasons, averaging 21.9 PPG and 30.7 PPG, respectively. In addition to basketball, Bass has keen interest in tattoos. On his right arm is art and things he can relate to/enjoy such as the Jason mask, Muhammad Ali and he has the Joker on his hand. His left arm is sentimental and is dedicated to family. It includes a family Mardi Gras mask and a breast cancer symbol which is symbolic as his grandmother beat breast cancer. He then has “self made” on his knuckles to show his personal growth and success.
